Global Institute of Intellectual Property’s (GIIP) International Patents and Intellectual Property (IP) Program is one of the strongest and most distinguished programs in the country. The program is designed for Science (pure or life science), Engineering Graduates, Post Graduates, Ph.D. students, Working professionals, Research associates, Domain experts and Corporate teams.

The curriculum has been designed and developed by Academicians, IP Attorneys, Patent Agents, Practitioners from the US, Europe and India with the objective of providing in-depth understanding on the subject of Patents and IP and building employable skills in this area. The opportunity to combine classroom training with real-world experience is one of the most valuable components of GIIP's Patents & IP Program.

The curriculum includes traditional IP courses such as Patent Law and Copyright Law as well as more advanced IP courses such as Pharmaceutical, IT, Mechanical, Chemical and Biotechnology Patent Practice.

Training will be delivered by International Academicians, IP Attorneys, Patent Agents and Resident faculty to provide familiarity to international curricula, by focusing on practical, business and legal aspects of patents & IP. The program participants will get first hand experience to learn from US & European practitioners and Attorney’s through the mentoring sessions.

Training will be delivered using a mix of online (live broadcasting through internet) and class room sessions and include research assignments, presentations, group discussions, quizzes, mid & final semester examinations.
