Technical Track (6 months) |

The Technical Track is meant for professionals with sufficient knowledge and work experience in the US and Indian patent laws and procedures. The course is aimed to provide practical experience through case studies in some of the more intricate and complex areas of patent practice. |

The practical sessions will help the participants in understanding the different strategies (business, technical and legal) adopted in patent searching, creating search reports, drafting claims, handling patents before the PTO (Patent & Trademark office), work with the company’s management team in the area of IP and patent valuation.
