About the Course: Divided in Two Modules, Module 1: Patent Landscape Analysis and Module 2 Claims Drafting Techniques, this training is a skill building exercise to equip the working professionals and individuals with new skills and to sharpen the knowledge in the existing area of Patent Landscape Analysis and Claims Drafting
Faculty: Includes International Faculty; Patent Analyst, Agents, IP Attorneys and Practitioners.
Pedagogy: Lectures, Hands-on exercises, Case Studies and Group Discussions. (practical, hands-on experience will be provided in some areas)
Eligibility: Graduates, Post Graduates with Science, Engineering, Legal, Management degrees and / or diplomas are eligible.
Participants should possess good communication and writing skills, should be capable of understanding the technical concepts and processes. At the same time, should have some understanding of the patent laws and procedures, of the country they are dealing with.
