GIIP’s PG Certificate Courses
focus on providing a platform in patents and other form of IPRs & related services, making it a potential career advancement opportunity. The objective of these courses is :
To provide comprehensive knowledge about different type of Intellectual Properties (IP), related statutes, the filing procedures, important case laws, infringement issues and strategies for protection with focus on Indian & US IP laws and procedures.
To provide an in-depth understanding on the subject of Patents and IP, sharpening existing skills, building new expertise, and providing a potential career advancement opportunity.
The courses have been structured, as tracks, for participants with varied qualifications, such as, science and technical graduates & post graduates, lawyers and working executives -
Basic Track
– includes the Basic Course
Legal Track
- includes the Basic (optional) and Advanced Courses
Technical Track
- includes the Basic (optional), Advanced and Expert Courses
Note:
Course Participants who complete all three courses
(Basic, Advanced & Expert Level)
will be awarded POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL PATENTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SERVICE
